MNX-AGG-BASIC Machine
MNX-AGG offers a semi-automatic aggregation solution for manually repacked
folding boxes. With MNX-AGG, you can conveniently assign units from a lower
level, such as a folding box or bundle, to a higher packaging level, such as a
shipment carton.
The operator stacks the packaged units layer by layer in the shipment carton, and
each completed layer is photographed from above by the fully integrated camera.
The camera automatically adjusts to the preset height for packing, ensuring the
proper focus distance. Once the defined number of layers and units has been
reached, the aggregation level is completed, and a label is automatically generated.
MNX-AGG also manages the next packaging level, such as shipment cartons on
pallets. The aggregation of the pallet can be performed in parallel.
